Since 9 out of 10 startups fail, let’s do 10! This is the fourth post in the Megacool Series about the first three hackathons, which challenged our game plan.
You sure did impress, I'm surprised to hear THack 2015 was your first hackathon! You weren't the only nervous one... it was also my first time being the representative.
Oh I admire people who can do Hackathons. I barely function with less-than-ideal sleep. I can't wait to read the next essay, along the journey of the makings of your company. Thanks for sharing, Aurora!
"It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed." -Theodore Roosevelt- // my first hackathon I edited a video of the idea bc I didn't know you had to create a prototype // I moved from there to helping host and MC because sometimes your efforts belong on the other side of the fence...
...thanks for sharing this deep dive...so hard to make a product let alone get it to fit the market and catch legs...but those 24-72 hour idea benders always make something magical arise...also great call out on the food...it's always a soggy swiss cheese sandwich smashed in a plastic bag...moral of the story is inspiration comes from sleep and nutrition deprivation?
Haha, thank you, CansaFis. I wish I had the sense to focus on adequate sleep and what the result would have been then! We did make sure to exercise (a step up in the right direction from our prior venture). Looking forward to continue the journey with your support!

Thank you for the support and joining me on this journey, Becky!
